All digital products on the atlandislibrary.com website are intended to be sold to persons or companies. Intermediaries acting as resellers will have to obtain reselling licenses inside the License page or by contacting the customer service of the site atlandislibrary.com.
These general conditions of sale can be modified at any time by atlandislibrary.com.

3-How to order

You can download paid products from Atlantis library. You just have to go and click on the main store menu.

In order to protect our customers and users, Atlandislibrary reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with suspicious behavior that undermines the terms and conditions or has engaged in fraudulent activity to harm the site environment. The same applies to customer accounts that may be deleted if cases of malicious activity have been detected by our team.

5-The methods of payment
5.1 Prices :
The prices of the products are displayed including taxes. Due to the impossibility of verifying the exact address of the customer for orders including digital books, US tax rate is applied to all digital products.
5.2 Payment options
5.2.1 Bank cards:
The purchase of these items is done by credit card (prepaid, debit, or credit cards) via different secure payment platforms. Please take care to verify that these payment methods are available in your areas before any purchase:
Papal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
5.2.2 Mobile payments ;
This option is only available to our customers located in West Africa with NTM mobile money.
5.2.3 others options

6-Reserve of property
All products on the site remain the property of Atlandislibray unless customers who want to resell ebooks buy a private label rights license.

*All items sold on Atlandislibrary.com are downloadable. However, we are not responsible for any download factors related to customers' internet access:
-Slowness of the user's web server
-the difficulty of connecting and accessing the site Atlandislibrary
–Network and server issues
– Computer virus, spam or other malicious issues ..
*Any customer must ensure the good quality of its Internet connection in order to proceed to any purchase on atlandislibrary.com.
If you find that your purchase has been charged to your card but you have not been able to download your product, please contact our customer service immediately. One of our experts will send the file in question directly to your e-mail address as an alternative.
8-Right of withdrawal or Refund
Refunds are allowed within 36 hours of purchase and under certain conditions of validity as stated below.
Refunds are not allowed on promotional products.

*having an invoice or order confirmation with all references (price, quantity, date)
*The customer must prove by screenshot that the product in question does not match the description of the item in the store section (Every product on the site is accompanied by a detailed description of its contents)

10- Affiliate products
Affiliate products have their own policies and terms of sale as outlined on their respective sites. Atlantislibrary.com cannot afford to go beyond the terms and conditions of the affiliate products based solely on the promotion of the affiliate articles.
For customer service or refunds on affiliated items, please contact the customer service department of those sites directly.
11-Disclaimer
All products on this site (Atlandislibrary.com) are sold without warranty of any kind. As this site only sells digital products, the user (you) must assume the risk of using our products.
